Effective date: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ACHIEVEMOR LLC, doing business as AI MANAGED SOLUTIONS (“AIMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites and apps. This includes Spinner (https://spinner.aims.works) — a realtime AI conversation app for translating, decoding, explaining, summarizing, researching, and ideating — and the Common Cup meeting companion, as well as the Coastal Brewing storefront, including voluntary donations.
Important: Spinner and Common Cup are experimental services and are not a private or secure channel. Please do not submit secrets, passwords, or sensitive personal data. See Transcripts, Ephemerality & Not a Private Channel below.
We collect only the categories of information described below. If something is not listed here, we do not collect it.
We use passwordless email magic-link sign-in. We store your email address and a signed (HMAC) session cookie to keep you signed in. The session cookie is used solely to maintain your authenticated session — it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
To enforce free-tier usage limits and prevent abuse, we use a per-device identifier and/or an IP-derived signal.
The text and audio you submit is processed in real time to produce the translation or response you request. This content is sent to third-party AI model providers for processing (see Parties to Whom We Disclose). Because the service is experimental and not a private or secure channel, you are instructed not to share secrets or sensitive personal data.
Payments and voluntary donations are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe receives the payment details you enter, plus your email address for receipts.
If you choose to provide a third-party API key, we store it encrypted at rest.
If you submit feature or “fork” suggestions, or contact support, that information is received and handled by our team.
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share information only with the categories of recipients below, and only as needed to deliver the service you request or to meet our legal obligations:
We may also disclose information:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
When we share information with the recipients described above, it is transmitted over encrypted (TLS/HTTPS) connections via their APIs. We limit each disclosure to what is needed to deliver the requested service — for example, sending only the payment details and email needed for Stripe to process a payment, or only the input needed for a third-party AI model provider to generate a response.
We apply the following measures to protect information:
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and the service is experimental. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Conversation transcripts are not stored on our servers. They live only in your browser and are purged when you leave the app or when you use the in-app Clear/Purge control.
We retain only limited session metadata — such as timing, language, and minutes used — briefly (about 30 days), after which it is deleted.
Spinner and Common Cup are experimental and are not a private or secure channel. Do not share secrets, passwords, or sensitive personal data. Your inputs are processed by third-party AI model providers to deliver the service.
You can export or purge your conversation data directly in the app. You may request account or data deletion, or ask any privacy question, at contactus@achievemor.io.
We honor applicable access and deletion rights — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — on request. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us at contactus@achievemor.io so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
